As a team leader for an Enterprise membership, what happens to the membership when I leave?

You will need to contact our Member Services team on (03) 8851 4555 or via email at members@taxandsuperaustralia.com.au. Please have the following information ready:

  • A new designated parent user
  • Your new organisation’s name

If you are a team member of an Enterprise membership you will need to contact our Member Services team on (03) 8851 4555 or via email at members@taxandsuperaustralia.com.au to transfer to a Professional membership at a pro-rated price.

Each team member has their own account. If they were to leave your organisation their account is unlinked and they will be required to become a Professional member at a pro-rated rate to continue their membership. The replacement team member will be set up with a new account and will receive the same entitlements on the same common renewal date of 1 May.
