Why have I not received the email with access details for the webinar?

There are two possible reasons for not receiving the invitational email containing the link to the webinar room:

  1. You have registered for the webinar using a different email address.
  2. Your email provider is blocking you from receiving and/or viewing the email (check your junk folder).

If you have not received the invite email by the morning of the webinar please contact one of our Member Services representatives immediately at info@taxandsuperaustralia.com.au or on (03) 8851 4555.
